Information and purpose
We store the name, company, email, optional phone, market, message, language, consent version and enquiry source that you submit, to respond to your request. A date-based IP hash helps limit abuse. Account identifiers are used to isolate saved searches.
Storage, notifications and your choices
Records are stored in the hosted database and available only to authorized administrators. When configured, Resend processes the enquiry email to notify BIEDATA at ykwind@outlook.com. Request access, correction or deletion using that address and your enquiry reference. Records are normally removed within twelve months of the end of business communication, subject to necessary contractual retention; administrators perform this cleanup.
Hosting and service scope
BIEDATA is operated by btdchina. Hosting and sign-in use Sites / Cloudflare and ChatGPT; processing locations depend on their infrastructure. No advertising trackers are used. Demo records are fictional and not business, investment or customs-classification advice. Real data use is subject to source authorization and the agreed commercial contract. Online payment is not offered.
